Why We Exist

Gay, bi, lesbian, trans and all other members of the LGBT+ community want a safe, inclusive place to play football.

Many LGBT+ people experience abuse or intimidation based on their gender or sexuality in mainstream football environments. There is a staggering lack of ‘out’ LGBT+ players in elite football. Many LGBT+ players feel they can’t be themselves in mainstream football teams.

Due to these experiences , many LGBT+ people are unable to find a place to play the sport they love and leave football altogether.

Gay, bi, lesbian, trans and all other members of the LGBT+ community want a safe, inclusive place to play football.

We strive to create an environment where all LGBT+ people feel safe, included and valued so they can enjoy playing the sport thay they love.

Through training with us and playing competitive games, our players go from strength to strength, helping them to have fun, keep fit and build their footballing skills. This helps our players to achieve their potential and stay in the sport for years to come.
